Those of you who tuned in to catch our live session last week would have noticed Resonance FM was not broadcasting, this was due to the studio being flooded. Our set will hopefully be rescheduled sometime in the near future....

We are playing live on London's
Resonance 104.4 FM next Wednesday the
11th October.. it'll be a chance to hear 3 or 4 tracks from the new album.

It's been a while since the last update due to the fact that there's not really much to report. The new album should be in the process of being mastered (more on that soon) and will now be released by Club AC30 in January 2007. We've decided to hold it back for various reasons but mainly due to Club AC30's schedule. Hey, those of you with us from the start will know we've waited longer. It's gonna be worth it, I promise........
In the meantime I've set up a myspace page
www.myspace.com/arundelmusic where I've put up a few songs that I've recorded here at home. I thought that rather than keep them hidden away it'd be nice to share them with whoever might be interested to hear them. I hope to do a few more and maybe do a small run of CDR's.... maybe I'm getting ahead of myself, who knows...................
Anyhow, all is fine in Air Formation, we've got some gigs coming up as well as a session for the Glass Shrimp show on London's Resonance FM in October. There are more new songs and there's even talk of us pressing 'em up on vinyl................................ We better start saving.

We have now finished recording our new album and are in the very final stages of mixing. The album will be called
DAYLIGHT STORMS and contains 10 tracks of diverse sound, it's hard to say more than that at this point.... Prior to its release we may put a few tracks up on our MySpace site, although we're keen not to spoil the surprise.
Anyhow, when we have some information from Club AC30 with regards to its release date, artwork etc.. we'll let you all know.

A couple of bits of news for you. Firstly, Ian recently decided to leave the band after 5 years playing guitar and creating some amazing feedback with us. He's off to persue a career in Illustration and we wish him all the best.
We are now proud to welcome Phil Macy (AKA Philmriot) from 'Southall Riot' into the ranks. Phil's guitar playing is outstanding and he has been creating beautiful music for a number of years now. His contributions suit Air Formation's sound perfectly.
Secondly, with Phil on board we go into the studio with Pat Collier next month to record our 3rd album. We've been working very hard on these new songs and we hope you enjoy the finished record.
All the best.
Matt.

Just a quick one to mention that the majority of our back catalog is now available on
iTunes so go ahead and download away.
As I write we continue to move on with our new album. Things are progressing slower than usual, but that's because we're making things a little more interesting............... Hopefully we'll have something for you all sometime soon.
All the best for 2006

for the forthcoming Clubac30 'Shoegaze' compilation album. We've also
received word that after a long wait the
'Rollerderby Records' compilation
'The speed by which we fall' has now been pressed and will be available
real soon. This album features the track
'The Sound will come to you' which
was recorded sometime between the last two albums... it's a bit of a corker
and it will be great for it to see the light of day.
Thanks for those of you who came out to
'The Betsey Trotwood' last week. It
was a great night, hope to see you next time...

Hi everyone, a few things to update you on as we near the end of 2004.
Firstly, I have just completed an interview for somewherecold.com that
some of you may like to look at. You can read it by clicking
here. They've also got lot of other good articles on
their site including interviews with Rachel from
Experimental Aircraft
and
Monster Movie, so it's well worth checking out.
We played at the CLUBAC30 Xmas party this week and had a fantastic night,

Anyhow, 'apparently' it's currently at the pressing plant (although this can't be confirmed) so it shouldn't be long....... A little bit of good news is that the new
Monster Movie album
To The Moon is available from

In the meantime we have been writing a bunch of new songs that'll form the next album, when you'll get to here these through a stereo I don't know. However, you can here some of them during our forthcoming live shows....
